Join Slow Food Santa Fe in the Gruet tasting room at the Hotel St. Francis, Santa Fe, for a Grand Reserve Tasting with a Level 1 sommelier! We will each sample a flight of four different champagne-method sparkling wines, and experience a "deep dive" into Gruet's wines, their histories and characteristics. Gruet sparkling wines include Blanc de Noirs, Blanc de Blancs, Rose, Brut and Demi-Sec.
