  • Slow Food USA's 2025 membership drive runs until Sept 30th. If you aren't already a member, please consider joining. You can join here anytime for the standard membership of $60/yr for individuals and $100/yr for families.   • Our 2025 farm tour in July was a big success! This year, we shook things up with a behind-the-scenes look at cutting-edge hydroponic and aquaponic farming in Santa Fe. Click here for details.

  • Tune in to our monthly radio spot on KSFR (101.1 FM), Slow Food Santa Fe Out Loud, on the first Saturday of the month at 10 am. Our Oct 4th show will feature Charles Havlik, New Mexico State University's Cooperative Extension tribal agriculture agent for the Eight Northern Pueblos. The conversation will focus on the many varieties of landrace chile still grown in northern New Mexico.
