Tune in to our monthly radio spot on KSFR (101.1 FM), Slow Food Santa Fe Out Loud, on the first Saturday of the month at 10 am. Our show on November 7th will feature Chef Marc Quiñones, the Executive Outlet Chef at La Fonda in downtown Santa Fe. Chef Quiñones was selected by the James Beard Foundation to be a member of the 2026 cohort of chefs known as the Taste Twenty, 20 exceptional chefs-to-watch from across the country.
