Once again, regional seed stewards will be gathering in Santa Fe for our second Mountain West Seed Summit! We’re thrilled to be holding the 2019 conference at the fabulous Institute of American Indian Arts (IAIA). This impressive college focuses on empowering Native and non-Native students through education, self-sufficiency, and artistic expression.
Founded in 2009, the Southwest Chocolate & Coffee Fest brings together 140 purveyors of incredible chocolates, coffees, candies, teas, gourmet foods, and wine and beer. While not sampling and shopping from these unique businesses, attendees enjoy live music, cooking demonstrations, coffee seminars, baking contests, and a Kids Zone with free activities and live cow milking demonstrations.
Spend an afternoon with Charles Dale as he describes his youth in France, his interest in bringing a farm to table concept to each of his restaurants, and southwestern inspirations. Hosted at a private home near Museum Hill in Santa Fe, we invite you savor wine and appetizers while mingling with other food lovers. An event organized by the Santa Fe Botanical Garden.
Los Poblanos is proud to present a dining series like no other. Executive Chef Jonathan Perno, resident Sommelier Dylan Storment and the award-winning culinary team at Los Poblanos have carefully curated an entire year of Rio Grande Valley Cuisine dinner programming to highlight the spirit and artistry of the season. This series will also pay homage to our local ranchers, farmers, vintners, brewers and distillers who share in our culinary philosophy and understand that flavors and ingredients are as important as the environment and terroir they originate from.
