Bourbon Dinner at Restaurant 315

When Louis Moskow, Executive Chef and owner of Restaurant & Wine Bar 315, learned about our December selection for Slow Food Santa Fe Dinner and a Book "Bourbon Empire: the Past and Future of America's Whiskey", he immediately offered to cook up a very special Bourbon Dinner for Slow Food Santa Fe members and friends. Join Slow Food Santa Fe for an autumn dinner and the opportunity to try a variety of bourbons. Prix fixe dinner (only) is $35 per person, plus tax and tip. There are three optional bourbon flights at varying prices: $15 flight (Old Forester, Eagle Rare 10 year, Buffalo Trace), $25 flight (Blantons, Old Forester Birthday Bourbon, E.H. Taylor Bourbon Bottled in Bond) and $35 flight (Van Winkle 12 year, Eagle Rare 17 year, Buffalo Trace Experimental French Oak 10 year).
